The objective of the workshop is general well-being, not treatment. You will be gently guided into the easiest yoga poses in small steps. The focus will be on body awareness, relaxation and peace of mind.
Padmavati is a compassionate and pragmatic yoga teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She has translated the most important works of Swami Sivananda into German and served as interpreter for Swami Vishnudevananda during many teachers' training courses.
