This programme is designed for people who are unable to practise 'normal' or even gentle asanas. For example, for post-operative and convalescent patients, in cases of obesity or advanced age, in pregnancy, and for people with no prior training or who suffer from chronic stress. The objective of the workshop is general well-being, not therapy. You will be gently guided in small steps into the easiest yoga poses. The focus will be on body awareness, relaxation and peace of mind.

Padmavati Swoboda is a compassionate and pragmatic yoga teacher with more than 25 years of teaching experience. She has translated the most important works of Swami Sivananda into German and served as interpreter for Swami Vishnudevananda during many teachers' training courses.
