Bio-Hotel mit vegetarischer Vollwert- und Naturküche, rauchfreies Hotel. Die Zimmer sind mit Vollholzmöbeln, Gesundheitsmatratzen, Holzboden, Dusche, WC, Haarfön, Telefon, Radio, teilweise Netzfreischalter und überwiegend mit Balkon ausgestattet.

Sollte das Hotel ausgebucht sein, ist auch Unterbringung in umliegenden Pensionen in Gehentfernung möglich. Auch in diesem Fall werden die Mahlzeiten im Biohotel Florian eingenommen.

The rooms are equipped with wood furniture, holistic mattresses, wooden floors, shower, toilet,
hairdryer, telephone and radio. Most rooms have a balcony.
The hotel offers both Finnish and low temperature saunas. Free parking.
Internet access available at extra charge. Room preferences will be respected as long as available.
Should the hotel be booked, we can arrange accommodation in nearby guest houses.
In any case, meals will be taken at Hotel Florian.

Unterrichtssprache

Die Unterrichtssprache in der Mai/Juni Ausbildung ist Deutsch.
Englischsprechende Gastsprecher werden simultan ins Deutsche übersetzt.

Die Unterrichtssprache aller anderen Ausbildungen ist Englisch aber eventuell sind die Asanapraxis und einige Fachvorträge in separater Gruppe auf Deutsch.

Übersetzungssystem-Funkempfänger

Deutsche Simultanübersetzung der englischen Unterrichtseinheiten, bzw. der englischen Gastsprecher, erfolgt mit individuellem Kopfhörer über eine moderne kabellose Funk-Dolmetschanlage.
Die Benutzungsgebühr für den Funkempfänger beträgt 30 €.
Sie können Ihren eigenen Kopfhörer mitbringen (Anschluss Standard wie bei einem Disc man) oder einen vor Ort erwerben (10,- €).

Teaching language

The course in May/ June is in German.
All other courses are in English. Some lectures may be taught in German.

Translation system

For the simultaneous translation into English we will use a modern wireless translation system and headphones.
The rental fee for the radio receiver is 30 €.
You can bring your own headset with normal disc man jack or buy one for 10 € at the Yoga Retreat House.

Flughafen- oder Bahnhof-Transfer sind nicht inbegriffen. Anmeldung gültig bei Anzahlung von 300,- €.

Die Restzahlung ist bis vier Wochen vor Kursbeginn fällig.

Stornobedingungen

Im Falle einer Stornierung oder Abbruchs der Ausbildung ist in keine Geldrückgabe möglich. Für die verbleibenden Ausbildungstage wird eine Gutschrift über die anteilige Ausbildungsgebühr abzüglich 150,- € Bearbeitungsgebühr ausgestellt. Diese Gutschrift kann in jedem Sivananda Yoga Zentrum oder Ashram eingelöst werden. Boutiqueartikel sind ausgenommen.

Wir empfehlen eine Reise-Krankenversicherung in Ihrem Reisebüro abzuschließen.

Terms of Cancellation

In case of cancellation or early departure the course fee will under no circumstances be refunded.

For the remaining course days a credit note for the proportionate course fee will be issued subject to a 150 € administration fee. This credit note can be used in every Sivananda Yoga Centre or Ashram. It cannot be used for boutique items.

It is recommended to sign a travel health insurance policy at your travel agent.

Regeln für die Yogalehrer-Ausbildung:

Um die Atmosphäre des Ashrams rein zu halten, möchten wir Sie bitten, Regeln und tägliche Routine einzuhalten.

1. Die Anwesenheit bei allen Asanaklassen, Vorträgen, Morgen- und Abendmeditationen ist verpflichtend. Wer bei einer Ausbildungsaktivität oder einer Meditation fehlt, soll sich bitte schriftlich unter Angabe des Grundes bei der Ausbildungsleitung entschuldigen. Bei oftmaliger Versäumnis von Stunden ist ein Ausschluss von der Ausbildung möglich.
2. Auf dem Ashramgelände sind Alkohol, Tabak, Fleisch, Fisch, Eier, und Kaffee nicht erlaubt. Während der Ausbildung kann auf besondere persönliche Ernährungswünsche außerhalb der yogisch-vegetarischen Mahlzeiten nicht eingegangen werden. Drogen jeglicher Art sind verboten. Sie dürfen im oder außerhalb des Ashramgeländes weder genommen, verteilt noch verkauft werden. Wer etwas weiß über andere, die Drogen nehmen, besitzen oder verteilen, muss dies sofort der Ausbildungsleitung melden.
3. Der Ashram ist nicht mit einem Club oder einem einfachen Erholungsort zu vergleichen. Das Verhalten - privat oder öffentlich- sollte der spirituellen Atmosphäre des Ashrams förderlich sein. Es ist empfehlenswert, seine Lebensenergie nicht in sinnlosen Aktivitäten zu verschwenden.
4. Jedes Verlassen des Ashrams zwischen 18 h abends und 8 h morgens ist mit der Ausbildungsleitung abzusprechen.
5. Karma-Yoga, selbstloser Dienst, ist ein Teil der Ausbildung. Von jedem Teilnehmer wird zirka eine Stunde Karma-Yoga täglich erbeten.
6. Bitte im Ashram nach 22.00 h Stille einhalten.
7. Verhaltensregeln für Meditations- und Asanahallen: Die Atmosphäre sollte an diesen Orten besonders rein gehalten werden. Vor der Meditation bitte mindestens Hände, Füße und Gesicht waschen. Bitte kein unnötiges Reden. Diese Orte sind für Meditationen und Andachten gedacht.
8. Musik ist im Ashram nicht erlaubt.
9. Wegen Brandgefahr keine Räucherstäbchen oder Kerzen in den Zimmern oder außerhalb von Tempel und Meditationshalle. Der Einsatz elektrischer Geräte aller Art ist in den Zimmern nicht gestattet.
10. Bei medizinischen Problemen geben Sie bitte bei der Einschreibung Bescheid.
11. Bitte die Kleidung der Ashram-Atmosphäre anpassen. Nicht figurbetont.
12. Die Sivananda Yoga Zentren Europa befürworten die Unterlassung jeder Art von sexuell anzüglichem Verhalten.

Als Teilnehmer an der Yogalehrer-Ausbildung in der Sivananda Yoga Organisation erkläre ich mich bereit, an allen Aktivitäten teilzunehmen. Ich habe die volle Verantwortung für mich selbst und für mein persönliches Eigentum. Ich werde mich darum bemühen, aufrichtig in Richtung Selbstvervollkommnung nach den Yoga-Lehren Swami Sivanandas zu arbeiten. Ich habe davon Kenntnis genommen, dass die Nichtbeachtung obiger Regeln zum Ausschluß vom Kurs führen kann. Unter keinen Umständen kann die Kursgebühr zurückgezahlt werden.

General Rules for the Yoga Teachers’ Training Course

In order to keep a clean and pure atmosphere in the ashram it is essential that you follow the rules as well as the daily routine.

1. Attendance at all classes, lectures, morning and evening meditations is mandatory. If a class or meditation cannot be attended, a written explanation has to be given to the principal of the course. Frequent absence may lead to expulsion from the course.
2. Alcohol, tobacco, meat, fish, eggs and coffee are prohibited on the ashram premises. During the course we cannot cater to personal dietary preferences except the yogic-vegetarian meals. Absolutely no drugs. No taking, distributing or dealing in or around the ashram. If you get to know about others keeping, taking or distributing drugs you are obliged to report this to the principal of the course immediately.
3. An ashram is not a club or vacation resort. Your conduct –private or public- should enhance the spiritual atmosphere of the ashram. Do not waste your prana (vital energy) in fruitless activities.
4. Please do not leave the Ashram between 6pm and 8am without the permission of the principal of the course.
5. Karma-Yoga, selfless service, is part of the course. We kindly ask each participant to join in Karma-Yoga for about one hour daily.

7. Rules for conduct in temples and meditation halls: The atmosphere should be kept especially pure in these localities. The atmosphere should be kept especially pure in these localities. 9. In order to avoid fire hazards, incense and candles are only allowed in the temple and meditation hall. Please do not use any electrical devices in your room.
10. If you have any medical problem, please let us know when you enrol for your stay.
11. Please adapt your dress to the Ashram atmosphere. Loose clothing.
12. The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre suggest that you refrain from any type of sexually oriented behaviour
