Lecture: 2:00 – 3:30 pm and talk (30 minutes) during the morning or evening meditation
Yoga class: 4:00 – 5:45 pm
The rest of the day follows the yoga vacation daily schedule.

Accommodation will be in the Sivananda Guesthouse, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Retreat House. The Sivananda Guesthouse offers a contemplative atmosphere, garden, sun deck and meditation room. Shared shower and toilet facilities are located on each floor. Several Bed and Breakfast accomodations are also available nearby.
