All prices and offers shall be valid until revoked. Prices are assured upon dispatch of a course confirmation or upon acceptance of contract. On our website, listed prices are assured at the time an online registration is sent.

Right of withdrawal pursuant to Para. 5e, Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG)

When registering online or via telefax, you have the right to withdraw from any training course, but not from sport and leisure services such as and in particular yoga vacation. You are entitled to withdraw from the contract without reason within seven (7) working days of the formation of contract (i.e., from the time that the course confirmation is sent by us). The notice of withdrawal must be made in writing. Sending of the notice of withdrawal within the period stated above shall be considered to be in good time. We shall accept that a notice of withdrawal sent by e-mail fulfils the requirement for the written form.
If the registration or formation of contract takes place within seven (7) working days prior to the commencement of the class, training course or activity, there shall be no right to withdraw.

Donations

The Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Zentrum is a non-profit organisation and, as such, all course fees cover only expenses. Donations are welcome.
