Hands-on workshops for yoga teaching:
The topics of this further training seminar are adapted to the yoga students‘ questions and interests. Besides theoretical background knowledge, the focus lies on practical everyday exercises for developing a yogic life style.
Inspiration and guidance for your regular practice of:
· Yoga@Home
· The flexible daily yoga programme
· Coping with stress at work
· Transforming negative thoughts with positive affirmations
· Developing the vital capacity
· First steps to concentration and meditation
· In-between and final relaxation
Intensive practice for yoga teachers:
· Headstand variations, flexibility in the forward Bend
· Deeper practice of alternate nostril breathing
Accommodation will be in the Sivananda Guesthouse, just 5 minutes walking distance from the Retreat House. The Sivananda Guesthouse offers a contemplative atmosphere, garden, sun deck and meditation room. Shared shower and toilet facilities are located on each floor.
