The morning and afternoon yoga asana classes consist of breathing exercises, Sun Salutation, basic postures, variations and deep relaxation under the guidance of an experienced instructor.
Individual corrections and detailed instructions allow participants to perform the exercises safely and in a relaxed manner.

 

Asanas are a fountain of spring for the entire body. They make the back stronger and more flexible and increase blood circulation.

Asanas enhance the flexibility of joints and muscles, tendons and ligaments. They massage and support the functions of the internal organs.

The system of asanas is comprehensive and the positive effects extend far beyond the physical level.

A state of rejuvenation and balance is attained.
