Practical workshops with Swami Naraya­nananda, co­director of the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Munich. Experienced and dynamic instructor who imparts knowledge on the anatomical and subtle dimensions of yoga in theory and in practice.

    Excursion

    To the Obere Regalm hut at 1,315 m on the quiet eastern flank of the Wild Kaiser mountain, with a splendid view of the valley, the Kitzbühel Alps and the surrounding mountain ranges all the way to the Grossvenediger peak.

  • 4:00 – 5:45 pm: Asana and pranayama class
  • 6:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8:00 – 10:00 pm: Evening meditation and Bhagavata Saptaha with Sri Venugopal Goswami

Saturday and Sunday, 18 July and 19 July

  • 6:30 – 7:30 am: Morning meditation, mantra chanting, talk with Swami Sivadasananda, Yoga Acharya
  • 8:00 – 9:45 am: Hatha Yoga – Connecting to Universal Energy: Asana and pranayama workshop with Swami Sivadasananda, Yoga Acharya
  • 10:00 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • From 11 am: Time for an invigorating visit to the sauna or for a relaxing massage
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm: Yoga and the Mind: Lecture with senior teachers of the Retreat House.
