February Retreat: Psychosomatic Effects of the Asanas
Fri., 31 January 2020 – Tue., 4 February 2020
Enjoy the snow outdoors and the relaxation indoors. The relaxing asana practice, a sauna visit, healthy and energising food and the peace of the morning and evening meditation lead to all-round well-being.
Experience the positive interactions of the yoga practice: A healthy mind in a healthy body.
- Flexible body – flexible mind
- Balancing of pose, breathing and relaxation
- Body-toning asanas and meditation poses
- New vital energy by gradually increasing Pranayama
- Meditative holding of the poses
- The body-mind model of yoga in practice
- Physical energy (ATP) and subtle energy (Prana)
- Final relaxation as the key to the union of body and mind
- How Prana works: from body functions to intuition
- Positive thoughts as the catalyst for physical well-being
Depending on the weather, daily winter walks and the option to go cross-country skiing independently nearby.
