Further Training for Yoga Teachers with Swami Ramapriyananda

 

With certificate of participation for 45 training units of 45 minutes each

 

The Raja Yoga Sutras by sage Patanjali are a psychological study, a practical guide and an authentic source of wisdom. The main practice consists in silent meditation, during which the physical and mental energies are gradually transformed into spiritual energy.

Swami Ramapriyananda is a student of Swami Vishnudevananda and director of the Sivananda Yoga Retreat House. She is a very experienced teacher who pays great attention to detail and conveys a natural spirituality.

The registration is valid upon payment of 30% of the total costs.
All rates include VAT and are subject to a 1.80 € visitor’s tax per person per night.

  • 4 – 5:45 pm Asana and pranayama class
  • 6 pm Vegetarian dinner
  • 8 – 9:30 pm Evening meditation, mantra chanting and course meeting

 

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, 4/5/6 April

  • 6 – 7:30 am Morning meditation, mantra chanting, talk
  • 8 – 9:45 am Asana and pranayama class
  • 10 am Vegetarian brunch
  • 12 – 2 pm Course lecture/workshop
  • 4 – 5:45 pm course workshop
  • 6 pm Vegetarian dinner
  • 8 – 9:30 pm Evening meditation, mantra chanting, talk

 

Departure day, Thursday, 7 April

  • 6 – 7:30 am Morning meditation, mantra chanting, talk
  • 8 – 9:45 am Asana and pranayama class
  • 10 am Vegetarian brunch
  • 11:30 am – 1 pm Course workshop and farewell
  • Departure from 1:30 pm or continue your yoga vacation

Accommodation and meals

Accommodation and meals are in the non-smoking eco-hotel serving wholesfood organic vegetarian meals.

All guest rooms have wooden floors and furniture, health mattresses, shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone and radio. Most rooms have a balcony.

What you will need for your stay

A meditation pillow for the morning and evening meditation sessions is recommended. A meditation shawl is also advantageous.

To practice the yoga poses you will need a non-slip yoga mat or wool mat. You will need a blanket to cover yourself at the end of the yoga class during the so-called final relaxation.

Pillows, shawls, blankets, mats and much more can be purchased in our online shop or in our boutique after arrival.

For your stay you should bring comfortable clothing, slippers, walking shoes, rain gear, torch (flashlight) and towels. Eyeglass wearers should bring a hard case for safe storage during the yoga classes.
