Fascia plays a key role in flexibility and mobility. Yoga promotes suppleness and strength, thereby supporting posture and contributing to holistic well-being.

Day 1, Friday

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Yoga further training: course lecture

  • Explanation of the fascial system
  • Structure of the fascial tissue
  • The back and front lines
  • Superficial fascia and deep fascia
  • Basic functions of the fascial tissue in the body
  • Communication functions of the fascial tissue
  • Fascia insights
  • Different types of connective tissue

4:00 pm – 5:45 pm Yoga further training: course workshop

  • The theory comes to life in yoga practice: exercises for the fascia in the upper back, shoulders and neck.

Day 2, Saturday

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm Yoga further training: course lecture

  • Proprioception and interoception (self-perception and body awareness)
  • Lateral line & spiral line
  • The fascial tissue as a sensory organ
  • Receptors in fascial tissue
  • Fascia and pain sensation
  • Connection between fascia and emotions

4:00 pm – 5:45 pm Yoga further training: course workshop

  • Targeted stretching to loosen the fascia
  • Improve the asana through refined body awareness
  • Rotation in the asanas to activate the spiral fascial connections
  • Upright posture through good body awareness

Day 3, Sunday

8:00 am – 9:45 am Yoga further training: course workshop

  • Yoga sequence to regenerate the nervous system
  • The deep front line. Focus on exercises that stimulate the fascia along the front core of the body, including the chest and abdomen.

11:30 am – 1:00 pm Yoga further training: course lecture

  • Fascia and nutrition
  • Reflection on the workshop experiences

In German language with translation into English.

Departure day, Sunday, 6 October

  • 11:30 am – 1 pm Further Training for Yoga Teachers: Course lecture and leave-taking
  • Departure from 1:30 pm or continue your yoga vacation

Accommodation and meals

Accommodation and meals are in the non-smoking eco-hotel serving wholesfood organic vegetarian meals.

All guest rooms have wooden floors and furniture, health mattresses, shower, toilet, hairdryer, telephone and radio. Most rooms have a balcony.

What you will need for your stay

A meditation cushion for the morning and evening meditation sessions is recommended. A meditation shawl is also advantageous.

To practice the yoga poses you will need a non-slip yoga mat or wool mat. You will need a blanket to cover yourself at the end of the yoga class during the so-called final relaxation.

Pillows, shawls, blankets, mats and much more can be purchased in our online shop or in our boutique after arrival.

For your stay you should bring comfortable clothing, slippers, walking shoes, rain gear, torch (flashlight), bathing suit and towels. Eyeglass wearers should bring a hard case for safe storage during the yoga classes.
