DETAILS ABOUT THE TEACHERS´TRAINING COURSE ONLINE
The first Sivananda yoga teacher training course online started on May 5th and is well received.
It is taught separately in German and French
A second, international course (in German, English, French, Spanish) will take place from June 9th to July 6th, 2020.
This 4-week theoretical and practical teachers training covers all aspects of yoga. It consists of 267 teaching units of 45 minutes each.
It includes a daily personal coaching with a mentor:
– Individual supervision of asanas, pranayama, meditation and mantra practice.
– Questions and answers on the course content.
