The first Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Course in May has been well received.
It is taught separately in German and French.
The second, international course (in German, English, French, Spanish) started on the June 9th 2020.

This 4-week theoretical and practical teachers training covers all aspects of yoga. It consists of 267 teaching units of 45 minutes each.
It includes daily personal coaching with a mentor:
– Individual supervision of asanas, pranayama, meditation and mantra practice.
– Questions and answers on the course content.
