Practice when combined with understanding can lead to a deeper awareness of body and mind.
Guided by the book “Your Home Practice Companion” each class will cover the in-depth practice of a basic posture supported by additional variations. To expand the experience in silence we will conclude with a guided Meditation on the Mantra “Om” or on inner peace.
