This online course combines
30 minutes study of scriptural study with
60 minutes of simple practice of asana and pranayama
The theory part will focus on connecting the scriptural verse with the Anatomy of Hatha Yoga. You will be able to ask questions via chat or over the microphone.
The practice part will focus on either one asana sequence or one pranayama exercise, supported and balanced by other elements of the basic Sivananda class.
