45 minutes of Pranayama (Kapalabhati and Alternate Breathing) followed by 15 minutes of silent meditation: a variety of practical ways to harmonize body and mind.
All participants should have experience with Kapalabhati and Alternate Breathing. Step by step the natural capacity on inhalation, retention and exhalation will be expanded. A special focus will be put on physical and mental relaxation.
