Raja Yoga meditation: channelling the thoughts from relaxed attention into a specific focus, so that the mind can eventually melt into the peace of inner silence
Bhakti Yoga meditation: a philosophical concept of divinity; repeating mantras of various deities. Explanation and contemplation of their inner meaning.
Jnana Yoga meditation: the philosophy of the cosmic sound OM; guided meditation on OM
Karma Yoga meditation and action: contemplative study of a few verses from the Bhagavad Gita on the wisdom of action and inaction.
