This course continues the practice of the previous week. A slight increase in the length of inhalation, holding and exhalation will continue to strengthen the prana flow in your system.
You are most welcome to join as a new participant if you have some experience in kapalabhati and alternate nostril breathing: Every class consists of sun salutation, proper sitting posture, kapalabhati with gradual progression up to 100 pumpings, alternate nostril breathing up to 5-20-10, respectively 6-24-12, one additional pranayama exercise (Sitali, Sitkari oder Brahmari) and final relaxation, followed by a short meditation.
