Wed., 26 February 2020 – Sun., 1 March 2020
Enjoy the snow outdoors and the relaxation indoors. The relaxing asana practice, a sauna visit, healthy and energising food and the peace of the morning and evening meditation lead to all-round well-being.
The 12 basic postures and variations are preventive care for the entire back. Just three days of intensive asana practice can bring about noticeable improvements in one’s posture. We will use a plumb line to measure these changes. Each participant has their photo taken at the plumb line with individual explanations.
