The basic range of motion in our joints can be limited by shortened muscles. In different Asana variations we will explore flexibility and joint mobility.
- Shoulders: Joint and shoulder girdle movements
- Hips I: Ranges of Flexion/Extension & Abduction/Adduction
- Hips II: Free Rotation for relaxed Sitting
- Spine: Applying the proper range of motion in each area
