Kirtan or mantra chanting is an integral part of yoga. The experience of sound expands the physical sensation of the asanas, the breath deepens without effort, and the purity of the melodies fascinate and focus the mind.
Joint mantra singing
Daily practice of dynamic songs and meditative hymns.
Introduction to harmonium playing in the group
This originally European instrument has been an integral part of Indian music culture for many decades. With a simple technique you can learn to accompany simple Kirtans in a short time.
