Further Training for Yoga Teachers with Swami Vidyananda

With certificate of participation for 33 training units (45 min each)

Children love exercise: stretching like a cat, roaring like a lion, meditating like a yogi. In yoga, the children get to know all aspects of yoga in a playful way: strength and flexibility, correct breathing, concentration and relaxation. This is a valuable “toolbox” that can accompany the children throughout their lives.

In the training we show you theoretically, but above all practically and playfully, how you can adapt the yoga lessons to the group and the respective age of the children (small children to teenagers).

Lectures and workshops

  • Developmental psychology: the child’s mental and motor development
  • Didactics & discipline: the role of the teacher, rituals in teaching, rules and creativity in the yoga class
  • Yoga class models for different age groups: toddlers to teenagers
  • Playful breathing and concentration exercises
  • Relaxation made easy, even for the little ones
  • Spiritual stories and Kirtan singing with children
  • Vegetarian diet for children
