A Healthy Back with Yoga
Retreat theme
Asanas balance muscle length and muscle strength and stimulate the sense of balance.
Impressive improvements in one’s posture can be achieved after just 3 days of gentle yoga practice.
You will receive your individual plumbline photo at the beginning and end of the retreat.
Advanced asana variations
Stretching and strengthening of the shoulder and pelvic girdles.
These stimulating yet relaxing asana sequences help improve posture especially in the meditation poses.
The meditation experience
Meditation reduces stress – every part of the body, every single cell comes to rest.
Meditation experiences develop new thought patterns. Negative tendencies can be overcome and the mind becomes stronger.
Various techniques are presented during the morning and evening meditation practice: Calming the mind – positive values - visualizations – body sensations – breathing meditation – sound meditation.
Kirtan workshops: The joy of chanting
Chanting mantras together is a creative experience. Meditative melodies and relaxing rhythms elevate the emotions.
