Swami Narayanananda is the co-director of the Sivananda Yoga Centre in Munich. He is an experienced and dynamic instructor who imparts knowledge on the anatomical and subtle dimensions of yoga in theory and in practice.

Shanti Kumar Kamlesh is an Ayurveda expert who studied at Nagarjun Ayurvedic College in Lucknow, India. He has taught Ayurvedic cooking at the Sivananda Yoga Centres worldwide for more than 25 years.
