Daily lectures with Cordula Interthal (Chandrika)

Ayurveda is the wisdom of a healthy and happy life and the sister of yoga. Ayurveda is part of the yoga practice – a healthy body for a healthy mind. The daily workshops will give you a good insight into the basics, deepen your understanding of the Ayurvedic way of thinking and give you many practical tips.

During the day there will be time for walks, for swimming in the nearby Giering pond, or for relaxing in a lounge chair on the yoga platform.
