Spiritual Celebrations

In person & online

Spiritual Events

Indian ceremonies (Pujas)

On these occasions, we celebrate both online and at the Retreat House with a puja, meditation, spiritual stories and mantra chanting.
Puja is the name for a worship ritual and is an important part of the yoga tradition.

The object of worship is the Divine in the form of a statue or image. Not only is God visualized in this way, but His presence within one’s heart is also meditated upon, either as a personified figure or as a symbol. Ultimately, the formless Supreme is worshipped in form.
