  • The Online Teacher Training Course is a wonderful opportunity to dive into your own practice, to learn new aspects of yoga and to adopt a healthy and positive life style – all without travelling.
  • The Online Course gives you the opportunity to reflect – on your habits, your mental tendencies, and your perspective on life.
  • You will learn how to transform your living space into a personal centre of spiritual energy.
  • The training includes practical cooking instructions. During the four weeks you will learn to prepare healthy and tasty vegetarian meals.
  • Guest speakers and artists will share their knowledge online in the fields of Ayurveda, mantra chanting and Indian arts.
  • A key aspect is the daily one-hour mentoring session with one of the swamis or senior staff. They will guide you personally in your asana and pranayama practice and assist with your studies.
