Come and join us

We live, share and practice Yoga with you as we usher in the New Year

Dear yoga friends,

Possibly the Retreat House will  reopen on December 18th.

Around December 6th we will publish the decision about the reopening, which we will take together with the Seminar Hotel on our website. This decision will depend on the Austrian Corona policy concerning the holidays.

Until this date your registration will not be binding. We will accept down payments only  when it is sure that the programme can take place.

In order to meet the best possible Corona prevention standards, we offer you the following yoga vacation calendar:

To guarantee fixed groups with fixed space allocations , you can only register for entire seminars, each lasting 4 – 5 days. So please select your specific seminar dates and the room category accordingly.

Renew & Aspire

“Human beings are a complex mix of willing, feeling and thinking. A one-sided development is not advisable. Yoga should develop the whole person – the hand, heart and head.”
Swami Sivananda

A combination of the four paths of Yoga leads to the harmonious development of all aspects of life.

Learn and practice:

HATHA- AND RAJA YOGA
Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and silent meditation are the most well-known practices.

These paths are especially suitable for people who strive for inner and outer change.

  • Shoulderstand cycle
  • Asanas for stimulating the digestive system
  • Asanas – Elixir for the nervous system
  • Asanas as a cardiovascular workout

KARMA YOGA
Selfless action, without thinking about possible success or failure. Karma Yoga serves to purify the heart and lessens the influence of the ego on words, deeds and relationships.

It is well suited to active, extroverted people.

BHAKTI YOGA
Surrender to the Divine through prayer, rituals and mantra chanting.

A path that develops more love towards all beings.

It appeals particularly to people who are more emotional.

JNANA YOGA
A path of wisdom. It begins with the study of the scriptures of Vedanta philosophy. By analysing the human nature, one ultimately learns to recognize the Supreme Self in oneself and in all creatures.

This path is especially suitable for intellectual people.
A combination of the four paths leads to the harmonious development of the physical, emotional and intellectual aspects of life
