Take time for yourself: Rest in a lounge chair on the outdoor platform and read something inspiring. Explore the enchanting surroundings on relaxing walks. Take a refreshing swim in one of the nearby lakes. And treat yourself to an invigorating sauna session or a relaxing massage.

Daily Schedule

Korrektur in der Yoga Stunde

The daily schedule allows you to combine the relaxing yoga practice with walks in nature.

6:00 – 7:15 am Morning meditation, mantra chanting and short talk
8:00 – 9:30 am Asana and pranayama class
9:30 – 9:50 am Short talk on yoga in daily life
10:00 am Brunch. The whole food and natural cuisine of the Biohotel Pointner uses only organic products. With her team, Alexandra Pointner personally prepares wholesome vegetarian meals based on yogic principles. Vegan and gluten-free dietary requirements are accommodated.
Daily from 11 am Time for the sauna, a massage or a walk
4:00 – 5:30 pm Asana and pranayama class
6:00 pm Dinner
8:00 – 9:15 pm Evening meditation, mantra chanting and short talk

Sauna

Biosauna im Hotel Pointner

The Pointner eco-hotel offers a small wellness area.

Experience the revitalizing power of the Finnish sauna, which not only offers deep relaxation, but also promotes blood circulation and boosts metabolism. Immerse yourself in pleasant warmth and feel how stress and tension gently melt away.

Discover the low-temperature sauna, which ensures gentle detoxification and strengthens the immune system. Experience holistic recovery as the body is cleansed from the inside out.

Walks

Enjoy the bright blue sky and fresh mountain air. Guided silent walks begin directly from the Retreat House. This walking meditation is a unique experience and takes place several times a week instead of the morning or evening meditation.

Massage

A professional massage can work wonders. Our experienced healing masseuse Aloisia offers classic massage, shiatsu, foot reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy and connective tissue massage – fascia technique.

As a trained yoga teacher, she also knows the special needs of yoga practitioners.
