  • Body-forming asanas and meditation poses

Lectures

  • Physical energy (ATP) and subtle energy (Prana)
  • Deep relaxation as the key to the body-mind connection
  • How Prana works: from bodily functions to intuition
  • Positive thoughts leading to physical well-being

Certificate of participation for 30 teaching units of 45 minutes each.

  • 6:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8:00 – 9:30 pm: Evening meditation, mantra chanting, talk

Friday and Saturday, October 30 & 31

  • 6:00 – 7:30 am: Morning meditation, mantra chanting, talk
  • 8:00 – 9:45 am: Asana and pranayama class
  • 10:00 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • From 11 am: Time for an invigorating visit to the sauna or for a relaxing massage
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm: Lecture
  • 4:00 – 5:45 pm: Asana and pranayama class
  • 6:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8:00 – 9:30 pm: Evening meditation, mantra chanting, talk

Departure day, Sunday, November 1

  • 6:00 – 7:30 am: Morning meditation, mantra chanting, talk
  • 8:00 – 9:45 am: Asana and pranayama class
  • 10:00 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • 11:30 am – 12:30 pm: Lecture and leave-taking
  • Departure from 1:30 pm or continue your yoga vacation stay
