He is a dynamic, precise and knowledgeable instructor. He is the author of Sivananda Beginner’s Guide to Yoga and Yoga – Your Home Practice Companion.

  • 6:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8:00 – 9:30 pm: Evening meditation, mantra chanting, talk

Saturday, October 29 – Monday, October 31

  • 6:00 – 7:30 am: Yoga Inspirations: Morning Satsangs with Swami Sivadasananda
  • 8:00 – 9:45 am: Yoga workshop: Yoga – Your Home Practice Companion
  • 10:00 am: Vegetarian brunch
  • From 11 am: Time for an invigorating visit to the sauna or for a relaxing massage
  • 12:00 – 1:00 pm: Lecture series: Yoga – A Lifestyle
  • 4:00 – 5:45 pm: Yoga workshop: Energetic Asana Variations
  • 6:00 pm: Vegetarian dinner
  • 8:00 – 9:30 pm: Evening meditation, mantra chanting, talk
